If your new Kalixia bag isn’t right, we’ll help you return it quickly and fairly.

  • Returns accepted within 30 days from the delivery date.
  • Returned items must be unworn, unused, undamaged, with all tags and original packaging included.
  • Items that show wear, damage, or missing tags may not be accepted for return.
  • Returns will be processed within 7–10 business days once your return arrives at our distribution centre. After that, your exchange or refund will be processed, and you will receive a confirmation email once your replacement item has been shipped.
